Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our online store (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Mi & Glow. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order. Anyone under 18 may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. The Site is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

3. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please let us know immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.

4. Products and descriptions

• Mi & Glow is a retailer of the products listed on the Site — we do not manufacture them. Brands and manufacturers may change ingredients, formulations and packaging at any time without notifying us, and while we work hard to keep our listings accurate and current, we cannot guarantee that manufacturer-provided information — including ingredient lists, product claims and imagery — is complete, accurate or up to date.
• Colours and packaging may vary slightly from the images shown on the Site.
• Always read the full ingredient list on the product you receive and patch-test new products before use. Our content is for general information only and is not medical advice. If you have a skin condition, allergy or concern, please consult a healthcare professional before use.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for adverse skin reactions or sensitivities arising from products that are not faulty, including reactions related to individual allergies, incorrect usage, or your skin's condition at the time of use. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods.

5. Skin consultation and recommendations

Our skin quiz and routine builder provide general product suggestions based on the answers you give. They are a guide only, are not a diagnosis, and are not a substitute for professional medical or dermatological advice.

6. Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, there is a pricing or description error, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment taken.

We may, at our reasonable discretion, limit the quantities of any product available per person, per household or per order. We may also refuse or cancel orders that we reasonably believe have been placed by dealers or resellers, or for the purpose of resale. If we cancel an order for any of these reasons, we will notify you by email and refund any payment taken in full.

7. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Before you pay, the checkout shows the total price you will be charged, including any delivery charge and unavoidable fees — we do not add hidden costs at the final step.

Any automatic discount (such as our multi-item bundle discount) is applied at checkout and the qualifying conditions are shown on the Site. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already confirmed. In the rare event of an obvious pricing error, we are not obliged to fulfil the order at the incorrect price.

8. Promotions, discount codes and sale pricing

• Discount codes are for personal use, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Unless we state otherwise, only one discount code may be used per order, codes cannot be combined with other offers or already-discounted items, and codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
• Individual promotions may carry their own additional conditions (such as a minimum spend, an expiry date, or product exclusions), which will be indicated when the offer is made.
• If you return items from an order so that it no longer meets a promotion's qualifying conditions, the discount may be recalculated or revoked, and your refund adjusted accordingly. This does not apply where the returned item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
• We may withdraw, suspend or amend any promotion at any time. Withdrawal will not affect orders already confirmed.
• Where we advertise a price reduction against a previous price, the item will have been offered at that previous price for a reasonable period (normally at least 28 days) beforehand, in line with UK pricing practice guidance.

Delivery options, costs and estimated timeframes are set out on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

10. Cancellations and returns

Your cancellation and return rights — including your 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and your rights in respect of faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Personal information

Any personal information you provide through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which also explains how we use cookies and similar technologies. Please read it to understand how we collect, use and protect your data.

12. Product reviews and user content

Where reviews appear on the Site, we are committed to showing genuine feedback from real customers. In line with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024:

• We do not write, commission or incentivise fake or misleading reviews, and we never pay for positive ratings.
• We take reasonable and proportionate steps to check that reviews come from genuine purchasers, and we remove any review we find to be fake or misleading.
• We do not hide or delete negative reviews simply because they are unfavourable. Reviews may be removed only if they are unlawful, offensive, off-topic, or breach someone else's rights.
• Where a review relates to a gifted product or sample, that will be clearly disclosed.

By submitting a review or other content, you confirm it is your own genuine opinion based on real experience, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish and use it on the Site and in our marketing.

13. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, logos, graphics and images — belongs to Shoperazz Ltd or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

14. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing harmful code, scraping or harvesting data by automated means, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

15. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under law — including your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

17. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (for example, courier disruption, extreme weather, or supply issues).

18. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, please email info@miandglow.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and resolve them as quickly as we can. Nothing in these Terms affects your right to bring a claim through the courts.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

21. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the policies referred to in them, form the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Site and any order you place, and supersede any prior understandings. Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here at the time you place your order.
