Korean skincare for acne-prone and easily-irritated skin
Korean formulations tend to approach breakouts differently from Western acne ranges: lower-strength actives used consistently, paired with barrier support, rather than high-percentage exfoliants that clear spots and leave skin raw.
The exfoliating side is covered by the COSRX BHA Blackhead Power Liquid, which uses betaine salicylate rather than salicylic acid, and the COSRX Salicylic Acid Daily Gentle Cleanser at 0.5% BHA. The Anua Azelaic Acid 10 Hyaluron Redness Soothing Serum works on persistent redness, and the Anua Heartleaf Quercetinol Pore Deep Cleansing Foam clears congestion.
On the calming side, centella runs through the SKIN1004 Madagascar range and the mixsoon Centella Cleansing Foam. For individual blemishes, the mixsoon Spot Cleancare Patch shields and calms overnight.
