  3. Sunscreen is a morning step only — at night you simply stop after the cream. Nothing replaces it.
  4. Use the Watergel Sheet Mask one evening a week, after cleansing and before the cream. 15–20 minutes, then pat the essence in rather than rinsing.
  5. Start the azelaic serum at three nights a week and build to nightly. Redness takes weeks to shift, not days.
