Glass skin isn't one product. It's thin layers of hydration, applied to damp skin in the right order, until skin reflects light instead of absorbing it. This is the full routine — cleanse through to sunscreen, with a weekly mask for the evenings you want it to show.

The mask replaces nothing — it slots between the essence and the cream on whichever evening suits you. When you take it off, pat the remaining essence in rather than rinsing.

The technique matters as much as the products. Apply the toner to damp skin, not dry, and pat rather than wipe. Don't wait for each layer to dry fully — go on while the previous one is still slightly tacky. That's the whole trick, and it costs nothing.

Worth knowing: the cleansing oil is an evening step — it's there to remove sunscreen and makeup. Most mornings, water alone is enough on a routine like this. If you prefer a proper morning cleanse, add a gentle low-pH gel of your own; just don't use anything stripping, because glass skin is a hydration effect and a harsh cleanser undoes it before you start.

Give it three or four weeks. The hydration shows within days; the smoothness that catches the light takes longer.
